Cancer Supportive Services
Cancer affects the mind and spirit as well as the body and its diagnosis and treatment often cause significant distress for patients and their families. Cancer Supportive Services at Continuum Cancer Centers of New York helps patients manage the distress that may arise from physical symptoms, emotional issues, and spiritual concerns that you experience with cancer.
Cancer Supportive Services are available to patients at each site of the Continuum Cancer Centers of New York, at the Beth Israel Cancer Center, the Beth Israel Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt Outpatient Oncology Service.
Young Survival Coalition's (YSC) educational programs are designed to reach not only our core audience of young women affected by breast cancer but also members of the medical community, friends, family members, caregivers, the breast health community, healthy young women and the general public.
Gilda's Club's Mission is too support, educate, and empower cancer patients and their families. Our free comprehensive cancer program includes support groups, educational lectures and workshops for everyone impacted by cancer – men, women, teens, and children.
